Our heroine crosses the threshold from childhood to adulthood by going through a magical portal. Imaγia is the name for the journey to the time of witch-hunts and the return to the present with all the scars it has left on our bodies. Imaγia is also the name of our heroine, who carries within her the power, the sorrow and the affection of humanity. Imaγia – hunting witches is a multidisciplinary, non verbal, visual theatre and puppetry piece with elements of Balkan folklore music and contemporary dance.
